This morning while at the shared Bloomberg terminal, I saw a Word document open. It was a letter to a wedding coordinator; the person getting married wanted to hold her wedding in a Presbyterian church somewhere in Italy where her 100 guests could sightsee before or after the wedding. She requested for an Italian-Chinese translator and wanted floral decorations in red, purple and white. She was from HK, and marrying an Italian. The document was created in 2001 and last modified in 2005. It was incredible to chance upon it, overwhelming to conjure a woman 10 years ago planning her wedding,. Felt like something out of a movie, and having her marry an Italian – of all the nationalities in the world – made me feel very sentimental all of a sudden. At 7am in the morning.
I miss him.
